Debra Rodenbaugh
Debra Rodenbaugh has served the Kansas Department of Commerce since September, 2006 in workforce related efforts. Her scope of work involves contact with Kansas companies, lay-off impacted businesses across the U.S., industry/trade leaders, educational institutions, military installations in Kansas and across the U.S., the media at varying degrees, and, of course, jobseekers from near and far.Prior to this position, Debra served 10 years as Education Program Coordinator with Kansas Bankers Association, 4 years as International Program Director for Wheeler & Associates/Education Resources, 6 years with a small community ag-based commercial bank and 2 years as Marketing Manager and Workforce Liaison for the Economic Development Division of the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce.
After earning an AAS/Banking degree with honors from Washburn University, Debra graduated cum laude from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Olathe, with her BA degree in Business Management/Human Relations.
