Bill Osborn

Bill Osborn serves as Associate Vice President of Instruction at Johnson County Community College. Born and raised in rural Kansas, he developed skills in welding through high school and early college years. Beginning in 1976, he taught welding at an area vocational technical school for eleven years, served as a vocational director for three years, and entered administration at JCCC as Program Director of Industrial Technology programs in 1991. He has a Bachelors degree in industrial technology from Emporia State University, Masters and Education Specialist degrees in adult and vocational education from Pittsburg State University, and a Doctorate Degree in administration from the University of Kansas.
