Exhibitor Information
May 20, 2009 - Evening Event OnlyExhibition space for the Thursday, May 20 Evening Networking Event is available. The cost for exhibiting is $50. If you are a sponsor at the $250 or $500 level, exhibit space is included in your sponsorship fee.
If you are interested in being an exhibitor, please indicate this on your registration form.
Information for Exhibitors – Evening Networking Event, Thursday, May 20
| 4:00 p.m. | Set up begins. An assigned space with your organization’s name on it will be available when you arrive. |
| 5:30 p.m. | Networking Event begins. |
| 7:00 p.m. | Event ends. Please tear down your booth immediately after the event. This will allow hotel staff enough time to prepare the room for the following day. |
- One 6-foot table (clothed and skirted)
- Two chairs
- One 110 electrical outlet, if needed. Please let us know if you will need electricity. This will help us determine the placement of our exhibitors.
