Modeling applications are available to the public on a contract basis. Center for Research in Entrepreneurial Activity (CREA) The KU Center for Research in Entrepreneurial Activity (CREA) promotes high caliber research on entrepreneurial activity in Kansas and the surrounding region that will contribute both to scholarly understanding of the issues surrounding the extent and nature of entrepreneurial activity and suggest policy actions and interventions to encourage entrepreneurial initiatives.
Kansas Center for Community Economic Development (KCCED) Established in 1988 as a joint effort with Kansas State University,
this center was funded by a grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
The center's purpose is to extend the applications of university expertise
in economic development and to reinforce local capacities for advancing
economic development in Kansas communities. KCCED
staff conduct research, provide educational programs, and offer technical
advice to communities on a wide range of economic development matters.
Services are provided on a contract basis, including data analysis and
