Population

The largest source of population data is the U.S. Census Bureau. The Policy Research Institute at the University of Kansas houses a large amount of census data specific to Kansas.

Data are often available in several different formats. Many formats will open automatically in your browser, however, some formats will require additional software. To open a PDF you will need Adobe Reader, available for free from Adobe. There is also a Microsoft Excel viewer available for free from Microsoft which will allow you to view Excel files if case you do not have Microsoft Excel.
