Important - Reimbursement Instructions
Those invited participants with accepted Issue Statements are eligible for airfare reimbursement up to the amount stated in your acceptance e-mail. After your Summit trip is completed, please mail the completed Contractual Services form together with the * original * air ticket (incl. e-tickets) to the following address: (Please ensure that the ticket price and currency is legible, and specify a return address.)

We anticipate being able to offer a number of Native/First Nations language workers and technologists airfare and housing subsidies. In addition, we anticipate offering three graduate student participant airfare and housing subsidies /for all three conferences/ to three students whose position papers have been accepted. Students wishing to apply for this latter subsidy should indicate so at the bottom of their position papers.
