Registration
Registration for the symposium and the poster session is both required and free. Please visit our registration page before July 15th to complete this process.
Poster printing and hanging will be handled prior to symposium check-in. Please email a digital version of your poster to Alyse Zadalis by 8 AM on Monday, August 6th to ensure our ability to have it printed. Poster dimensions can be a maximum of 3ft. x 4 ft, and the preferred file format is .pdf. Please also include a brief abstract when sending your poster to our office.

Wednesday, August 15th
2-3 PM: Symposium check-in and arrival at Spooner Hall
3-4:30 PM: Welcome and opening speakers
4:30-6PM: Catered reception and poster session
Thursday, August 16th
7:30-8:30 AM: Light breakfast
8:30 AM-Noon: Morning presentation session
Noon-1 PM: Lunch
1-5 PM: Afternoon presentation session
5:30-7:30 PM: Evening reception at the Spencer Museum of Art
7:30-9:00 PM: Dinner on the town (invite only)
Friday, August 17th
Closed meetings- only designated individuals need to remain on Friday the 17th
External Advisory Board, KNE Executive Committee, and Project PI's meet for project review.
