Presenters from the Institute for Policy & Social Research will share valuable information on accessing and using the latest Decennial Census data. Goals for the workshop are:
- New users learn about the data from the 2010 Census and the American Community Survey.
- Experienced users learn about new features of the data, comparability issues, and qualifications of the data.
- Attendees gain skills in accessing Census data in the new American FactFinder.
- Attendees have the opportunity for hands-on experience including time for Q&A.
There is no cost to attend though registration is limited
to
12 participants per session and is on a first come basis.
